OCD/Anxiety Stretches

Happy first morning of Fall! 😀 This morning I woke up feeling in serious need of a stretch. If that was you guys also, I have included a morning stretch/workout routine to recalibrate your breathing for the day.

I am trained in Physical Education, so feel free to ask any questions you need to about this workout. The biggest benefit for us here would be focusing on our breathing. We would probably do this workout/stretch routine in addition to whatever other cardio or weightlifting you have planned. 🙂 Please enjoy!
