I had a nice Pilates workout in mind for us this morning. While I usually mix in some stretching and some dynamic or cardio work, this morning is all about slow and controlled. 🙂 If we are able, let’s take care of our bodies today! They do so much for us!
I am trained in Physical Education, so feel free to ask any questions you need to about this workout. The biggest benefit for us here would be focusing on our breathing. We would probably do this workout/stretch routine in addition to whatever other cardio or weightlifting you have planned. Please enjoy!
