The Comprehensive Tough Day Workout!

Today I have a full-body-themed workout for us, aimed to get us moving after a stressful day. As usual, feel free to begin with a couple minutes to refocus your breathing. (This will always help get the most out of your workout!) Then we will do some very dynamic moves to work our hearts. This is one of our longer workouts. You may absolutely shorten it by not repeating the moves for a second time.
