6 Steps to a Cozy Fall Evening Routine

infographic listing the 6 steps for an evening routine

Especially before bedtime, routines can be essential to getting your mental health back on track. Personally, I always shower before bed, because I love to get under the sheets feeling all fresh instead of wearing the residue of the day.

In the autumn, when the weather changes, I find that a special routine in the evening can also help to keep the seasonal depression in check a little. This helps me to wind down before I get into bed and I find that when I am able to do my routine, I am far less likely to toss and turn, mulling over the downers of my day.

Please feel free to used and share this routine card, and you are more than welcome to share your own routines below!

And the sun took a step back, the leaves lulled themselves to sleep and autumn was awakened.
