This morning for our Tuesday Workout, we have a session inspired by fall leaves! Let’s get bouncy and floaty out here!
We will start out with a balancing move, because doctors advise that there is a positive correlation between balance and longevity. Let’s keep ourselves straight and tall one minute, each side, in tree pose!
