Through starting this blog, I have been able to connect with some amazing people and create a community of people looking to work for mental health. That part of this has been really surprising for me because I am usually very shy.
Writing on this blog has given me a unique connection through comments and followers.
On Instagram, interaction is very easy, and I was able to hold a small contest to name my next plant. The two winners were sweet and excited, and it gave me such a sense of what community could be online. Involvement is quick over stories, and can be super rich from posts and captions.
I also have been really enjoying interactions through Etsy. As both a buyer and seller, it fosters such a caring community where people take a lot of pride in their purchases.
Basically, this is a thank-you post for being such a great mental health community. People are looking for a place exactly like this to learn and grow, and I’m lucky to have been able to have found it! 🙂
